If you are serious about your Sea Bass fishing and want a high performance rod that costs considerably less than most specialised options, the Bassterra+ XT Sea Bass rod is a great choice. Built on High Modulus Full Carbon blanks, with Diaflash reinforcing, these rods will give you the performance you need to elevate your results and enjoyment to new heights. Lightweight and superbly balanced, these long casting models also make excellent lure rods for other shallow in-shore saltwater species to be found around the coastal waters of Europe.
At the heart of the Bassterra+ XT Sea Bass is a medium fast action lightweight blank made of High Modulus Full Carbon with additional Diaflash reinforcement, which increases power and strength. In the lower part of the rod this combination is used to generate the power to cast lures to distant feeding fish, or to take total control when playing fish near rocks and other structures. In the tip section the inclusion of High Modulus Full Carbon increases the responsiveness to enable lures to be worked with maximum effectiveness. Available in 5 models covering light, medium, medium heavy actions, to cover all of the popular Sea Bass lure sizes from as small as 4g up to large 65g crankbaits and metal jigs, the BassterraXT is finished with high quality Fuji Stainless Steel Fazlite guides, a Fuji TVS reel seat and a split EVA handle.
