One look at the Aero X5 Bolo will immediately tell you this is a high quality Bolognese rod designed for serious anglers. The carbon grey blank, with Diaflash reinforcement, exudes quality and in use the performance is faultless. Whichever model you choose, youll feel the unmistakable fast action that Shimano is famous for, combined with a fish-playing performance that inspires confidence, even when using light lines and small hooks.
The Aero X5 Bolo is made from three Shimano carbon technologies which combine in perfect harmony. The Full Carbon construction is enhanced by Diaflash construction in the butt section. This produces the stiffness which contributes to the fast action, whilst the inclusion of Biofibre provides additional strength and reinforcement through the full length. To enhance the action even further, lightweight Seaguide XOG guides are used on all models and a lightweight Shimano reel seat is perfectly placed for optimum balance. Available in 7 options from 5.00m to 7.00m in a variety of strengths from Light (10g) to Heavy (25g), the Aero X5 is set to be a Bolognese classic.
