A longer power handle helps a lot in alleviating the load when cranking, whether youre bringing in a big shark or jigging 500g all night long youll be happy you upgraded. The stock Makaira handles are 82mm while the power handle is 125mm. These handles will fit the 16-80W sizes of the SEa special edition models or the 50-80W sizes of the standard gold Makairas.Please note these handles only fit the Makaira models with threaded handle shafts, the newer Makaira reels are shipping with a square shaft instead so these handles would not fit.
