The Legend Tournament Bass has been reimagined for the next generation. This advanced St. Croix Rod features new materials, specific handles, lengths, powers, and actions tailored to meet the latest angling techniques. With the addition of SCIV+ Carbon Fiber and iAct Glass, this series offers a strategic lay-up of exclusive SCIV and SCVI, as well as a carbon fiber hybrid with internally active Linear S-Glass. The 16 new casting models also feature cutting-edge technology such as Fortified Resin System, Advanced Reinforcing Technology, Integrated Poly Curve, and Taper Enhancement Technology. Along with Fuji K-Series guides and Alconite rings, casting models boast a Fuji SK2 reel seat with ergonomic components, while spinning models have a Fuji VSS reel seat with extended foregrip. Both spinning and casting models are equipped with precision machined aluminum reel seat nuts and wind checks. The St. Croix Legend Tournament Casting Rod features high-quality split-grip cork handles, which are specifically tailored for each model. Select models also come with full-grip cork handles for added comfort and control. Depending on the technique, model-specific hook keepers are strategically placed for convenience. The blank is coated with a single coat sealer and slow cure finish, while the guides have two coats of Flex-Coat slow cure finish for durability. Additionally, this rod comes with a 15-year transferable warranty supported by St. Croix Superstar Service, and is proudly designed and handcrafted in Park Falls, U.S.A.
